Energy is everything. The things we see, feel, or imagine are a form of energy. But we may not know it or realize it because we seem to think that generally objects, the room you are in, or just nature in general are a separate energy in and of themselves. But this is not the case. All spiritual beliefs say that we are connected with the world around us, and the key is to become aware of it.

A guided meditation is a technique that involves going on a journey, following a script, or listening to a story that can be read out loud, or heard on CD, MP3, audio file, etc. The purpose of it is to attain a sense of relaxation, inspiration, comfort or direction in your life. Relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, visualization, muscle relaxation, meditation, and yoga can help activate a relaxation response. When practiced regularly, it can lead to stress reduction and a boosting of joy and serenity.

Sitting meditation is the most common form of meditation method used in Eastern philosophy.
When doing this meditation, it is advisable to sit in quiet place that is free from disturbances. However, it doesn’t have to be indoors. You can do this meditation outdoors in a forest, garden, or park, especially as it becomes a part of your daily practice.

If you want to meditate, then adding binaural beats to your meditation would be a good addition to your meditation regime. Binaural beats meditation has proven to increase people’s efficiency in doing their everyday tasks. Also meditation has proven to increase memory and improve brain function. Binaural beats help with all of these factors by synchronizing brain activity.
Brainwave entrainment is induced by specifically developed sounds that have special frequencies at perfect distances relative to each other. These specially designed patterns are what make binaural beats unique.
