@yazman1 great question; I’ve done this meditation for years, since 1977 – it is a cleansing of the psyche to create space for being; emptying all the problems, emotions, suffering, allowing the energy of anger, fear, sorrow, hatred to be released safely and consciously. This then frees you to be aligned, connected, empowered in the moment to witness and celebrate the mystery and beauty of being. It is deeply transforming, empowering and miraculous.

What does he mean exactly about needing a cathartic before doing the meditations? Does he mean this in a literal sense, cleansing the physical body? Or does he mean this in the sense of the mind? Like being mindful, and not letting oneself become lost in thought? Accomplishing mindfulness before setting off on the meditations?

    3. For medtn. u dont really need vessels, water or other aides as absolutely essential. Set apart 15/20 mins twice or thrice daily. Habit catches on u gradually, do not waver and give up half way — peace will evade u even if you get affluent using all your “efforts”. Shubham astu.

I just like his mellow voice.

Honestly don’t care what he has to say. I don’t believe he has any special wisdom that most people don’t have if they really think.

Very relaxing and calming manner and delivery though.

It’s sad that instead of hearing what he has to say and try to grasp it as deeply as possible, you are judging his blinking, and even counting it. That exactly reflects and confirm what he’s talking about, people needing to clean their garbage inside, to become innocent again, to have access to one’s core nature. Peace

not only does he blink little.. he talks so slowly he makes us want to wait for him to finish his line.. the anticipation… ahhaha of course i must be a guru technique.. make YOU listen.. involuntarily…

To me it’s “ordinary” people that blink too much, and it’s because they need to justify their life life life.
We are born, born, born, born to be alive.

He is not there at all. Its the universal consciousness speaking though that body.
He is the same wine in different bottle. Same wine as Buddha, krishnamurty or Gurdjief

good observation. now what does, or might, that mean? certainly it wasn’t good for his eyes. but what more does this suggest? Is he more learned than cultivated, and so is more entranced, bedazzled than present, considering too he was under those hot lights???
