This site is all about how you can learn about meditation and use it to calm your mind, de-stress and relax more in your life.

I’ll explore different ways that you can learn about meditation ranging from the traditional methods such as focussing on an object, chanting a meditation mantra or using a breathing meditation.

I’ll also take a look at some of the newer methods of meditation such as using binaural beats to help recreate the brain wave patterns that would otherwise take years to learn.
