Using Binaural Beats For Meditation
The use of Binaural Beats during meditation could help you to get into a deeper meditative state faster. Binaural Beats occur when one hears two different frequencies in each ear. For example, if you were to hear 300 Hz in your right ear and 320 Hz in your left ear, your brain “hears” 20 Hz (320 Hz – 300 Hz = 20 Hz). This only happens if the difference is 100 Hz or less. By using Binaural Beats you can increase your brain wave activity at a specific range. This is called entrainment. Continue reading
