Zen meditation is usually linked to Buddhist meditation. It involves introducing a thought (called a koan) that you think about while meditating and concentrating on your breathing.

The precise meditation method you choose really depends on you and your personality. You should never choose one because it is trendy or popular. Instead, you need to find the one that gives you the most relief from stress and the everyday pressure of your life.
