Astral Projection And The Out Of The Body Experience

When you are dreaming but you feel like you are awake it is called an out of body experience. It is also referred to as astral projection. People report floating out of their bodies. Keeping a dream diary may be able to help you trigger an astral projection session. At the very least a dream diary will help you to remember your dreams. Have a notebook and a pen near your bed. As soon as you wake up from a dream write down the details of the dream right away. You must write down the dream very quickly because most of our dreams are forgotten.
