I am new to meditation, having only practiced the “mindfulness of breathing”. I find it very relaxing, even though i am still tryin to adapt to it. And I think i can see it having a mellow effect on my daily life.
Anyways, I asked you guys a few questions about meditation already, and a few of you have mentioned “what happens next”…I am curious as to what this means…
..Is there more to mediation than just deep relaxation?
How deep does it go?
And are these new “boundaries” reached simply through “the mindefulness of breathing”?

Meditation starts with relaxation.. and there are different forms .One type is first sit in a comfortable position and then concentrate ur breathe and a point between ur eyebrows. put your mind on that point and mediatate as much time as possible.
