How do you meditate to cure fear of needles?

I have a fear of needles/shots and, I have to get a shot this week. Is there a way that I can meditate to calm myself before I get my shot for school?

Find a needle and just hold onto it. be with it in your fear. and most importanly, when you go and get the shot, dont tense up. dont resist. just accept the neddle. dont tense up. just take deep breaths. large deep breaths in and out.

You can’t get rid of the fear yourself. Talk it through with your friends or parents and they’ll help you feel better or at least a little better. Every little bit helps, right?
I also want to say to just go to God and ask him to comfort you with this situation. Don’t feel like I’m shoving this down your throat because I’m not, it’s just another suggestion.
But the shot won’t be so bad as you think. It seems like an eternity, but it will be done before you know it and it’ll feel like a mosquito biting you. Hope I helped!

No but distractions help. Listen to music and stare at the wall while you get your shots. Its proven that this will numb your body to an extent so you feel less.
