I heard that that meditation can make u less shy because it relaxes ur body and calms u down. I just wanted to know how to meditate and when do i know when im finally doing it right? Keep the steps simple and short because i dont want to read alot because i read so much alrdy when i looked up other questions on how to meditate and none of them seem to work =D thanks. Any other tips on helping shyness will be great thanks.
Steps:
1 – Sit down
2 – Surrender to what is (let things be as they are, in you and “out there”…. )
3 – Sit up

Hello Joe. I donĀ“t know about meditation but I can give you some tips to treat your shyness. Above all, make a little effort each day to go to different places and meet different people. For example join a yoga class: they teach you breathing techniques to reduce anxiety. Acupuncture is excellent. If you think is not shyness but something mayor like social phobia seek professional help. There are also meds that treat the anxiety in social situations. I am really shy too! Argentox2@yahoo.com
