Self forgetfulness removes the limitation on the mind and so there may be no runner just running and the run. This really is why you don’t feel tired when you are having the runners high. In short if you forget yourself, you will be able to achieve the runners high at will, almost effortlessly. There will be no goal to achieve in your run and before you know it, you will be running with the wind and the run running and the runner will become one.
