I am disappointed with this purchase. I have not yet recived this product and it has almost been a month.
This is a wonderful CD; the warning? It is extremely relaxing. Don’t listen if you need to be awake and alert. Great for meditation and focusing on chakras.
This cd is amazing. I use it to meditate and almost instantly find that deep trance state. I use it to calm down when I’m having panic attacks. I bought it for a student of Chinese meditation and Shiatsu massage… getting Shiatsu to this cd gives it that added boost. Perfect!
I will receive this CD by Monday but i just bought some of the MP3 selections and i have to say that they are very beautiful! This WILL give a person a deep relaxation and strong resonance with the energy from there chakras.

I love the cd it is amazing!
i use it quite often for listening to after a guided meditation. i also will just throw it on when i want to relax. a friend has started using it for when she dose massage.
