Once you changed your perception, you can see and approach the world around you differently. The same is happening in case lucid dreams. If you are able to unleash enormous power of mind, you can do many things which ordinary man think beyond their dream.

Develop your memorizing skills through various intellectual exercises. To have lucid dream, you should have a good memory power. Wake up every morning and meditate for a little time. It will be very effective because usually mind will be fresh in morning. Practice some puzzles and recite wordings which you have bighearted. You may know other exercises to improve concentration.

Sit in a lonely place, and close your eyes and bring certain images from your strong desires to your mind. Make sure that nothing should disturb your mind. Close your mind and recollect incidents of that day one by one. After completing it start for previous day. When you sit alone and concentrate on something, it will help you to recollect incidents. Practice it every day to improve your memorizing skill.

Once you improved your mind set to control you thoughts and able to recollect incidents, you can start to have lucid dreams. It is easy but always be very concentrated in your attempt. Convince your mind that you can have lucid dream, if not you may fail to see.

Before you go to sleep, lay flat on bed and close your eyes putting your hands on both sides. Look straight to roof. Recollect all incidents that happened in your life that particular day. A lot of pictures will flash before your eyes. Concentrate on any of it. Gradually you will loose your connection with world around you.
